How can I change the username, password or email address on my account?
Your username, email address and password are used to create your secure account on the ICST website. For this reason, it is possible to edit your email address and password, but your username must remain the same because this is your digital identity on the website.

How to edit settings on the ICST website

To update your username and password, click your username at the top right of any page when you’re signed in.  This will reveal a drop down menu; select ‘settings’. Under the ‘General’ tab, type in your current email address, new email address and new password. Finally, click save.

Can more than one person share an ICST account?
No. You should not let anyone else use your ICST account  This is for a number of reasons, but mainly it’s so that when you submit an assessment or participate in a discussion forum, we know it’s you. We also need to issue the course Certificate in your name.
I currently share an email address but we would both like ICST accounts. What should we do?
One of you will need to create a new email address so that you can each have your own ICST account. But don’t worry, it’s easy to create a new email address and doesn’t need to cost anything.

First of all, it’s a good idea to check with your Internet Service Provider (ISP) as it’s common for them to provide a number of email accounts and inboxes for each household.

If that doesn’t suit you, there are lots of services that provide free email. For example, you could try Google’s Gmail.

I'm enrolled onto the wrong course?
